Refund Policy

In an event, where an issue or error occurred in our services that are proved genuine to us after our round of investigation, we may provide refund in that case
Each game and contests have its own set of rules, policies & regulations that you need to abide. We won’t cancel registrations once entered and you won’t be eligible for refund unless and until any exceptions occurs in the form of payment gateways or internal issues from our side. Only if we found the exceptional cases as valid and genuine you will be eligible for refund.
If there occurs a case in which we cancel your participation in a particular contest or game, we will refund your entry fees within a reasonable amount of time depending on the situation.
The refunds will only be issued to the cards provided at the time of entry and same will be the case for payments which are done through payment gateways.
The idle balance will only be held in your account for 365 days, the amount must be withdrawn or used within the allotted time or else UFO Games will have the authority to forfeit the unused amount.
Any refunds provided by UFO Games must be acknowledged by the users in any case.
UFO Games will have the authority to deduct the amounts of the users who are rewarded before the refund initiation.
If any kind of error occurs during the transaction, you are supposed to inform us within 3 days of the transaction date, we will look into it and do the needful.
